Gravel: Wexford beach pebble 20-30 mm - ton bags

Beach pebble - a traditional garden gravel. This larger size is often used in parking areas and around the house as it does not easily get caught in the grips of shoes. Gravel drains well and allows water to permeate all parts of the soil, reducing water run-off and flash floods. It is relatively inexpensive per square metre - compared to to cobble-lock or paving, and is fast and easy to install. This pebble is excellent for paths, walkways and driveways and has a subtle variation of colours and textures. In this roof garden on the right, designed and planted by us, we used Wexford pebble of different sizes to recreate a 'beach' into which many plants have flourished. Ideal for refreshing or topping up existing gravel areas. Please note, the pebble may have some dust /debris on it when delivered - this will wash off in rain or with a hose.
