The chestunt pale fencing that we sell is grown and manufactured from FSC certified chestnut in the south of England. This is one of the most environmentally-friendly, sturdiest and longest lasting fences available. We are able to deliver all over Ireland or it can be collected from us in Wicklow. The three foot high fence is very popular as a garden boundary, as a shelterbelt for new plantings or to keep children and pets in the right place. Chestnut fences last for many decades and are very attractive.They are also used by construction companies as temporary, re-usable fences. Rolls should be fixed to sturdy fence posts every 2.5 - 3 metres apart. Also available in 4 foot high rolls.

Traditional, sustainable, attractive and long lasting. Chestnut paling fences are ideal garden or farm fences for chickens, poultry and pets. Fast and easy to erect and exceptionally sturdy.  The chestnut pales are only 75 mm apart, there are three strands of galvanised wire and the chestnut is fully FSC certified - guaranteeing the highest standards for quality and sustainability. The pales are considerably closer than some chestnut paling fences. It is strong, durable, easy to erect and difficult to climb over. It weathers to an attractive neutral colour and lasts without treatment for decades. It should be fixed to sturdy, long-lasting posts every 2.5 - 3 metres apart.

The perfect garden screening for fixing to a fence, trellis or railings. Split bamboo screening on a roll can be used for hiding a mulitude of things, including walls, oil tanks or storage areas.  Available in three heights, it does require support from behind - ie it cannot be used as a free-standing fence. Protect newly-planted hedges from drying or scorching winds. Erected along the windward side of a new planting, a shelter net will protect plants from the ravages of the weather. Designed to withstand extreme weather conditions it is fully UV stable, resulting in a high strength, tear resistant, protective material. It has a density of 50%, considered ideal as greater densities create turbulence and are prone to be damaged in high winds. Suitable as a windbreak, it will protect plants from wind, frost or strong sunlight. At 120 cms tall, it is suitable for young hedges, including most of the bare root plants which we sell at between 60-90 cms. Also suitable for shading conservatories, greenhouses & polytunnels in summer, it incorporates sewn eyelets for easy fixing. Fix to wooden fence posts, and to galvanised wire for extra support.
