The Dolphin Wall Fountain is from an English company that specializes in antique reproductions of classic garden ornaments and fountains. It is generously proportioned and is therefore large enough to 'make a splash' in most settings. Hand-finished in fiberglass with a verdigris finish, the fountain comes with a pump and is ready for installation. Being fibreglass, it is easy to install, extremely strong and very durable. This wonderfully stylish and large 'Long Tom' pot is made in Germany by Spang from natural terracotta. Standing just over 60 cms (2 feet) tall and 45 cms wide (1 and a half feet) at the top, it is particularly suited for plants with a lower centre of gravity such as box balls, flowering shrubs such as Camellias or even trailing plants. This is one of the most popular and classic window boxes available. Made of lightweight 'Fibre-Clay' (a mixture of natural clays over a fibre base) which is strong, lightweight and elegant, suitable for windowsills, along railings or at the base of walls. It is a dark 'lead' colour which goes well with most other materials. Bear in mind that plants in containers dry out faster than in the ground, and that you should use the best compost available. We have been buying pots from this range for many years - they age well, do not turn green or crack, and are extremely good value. 40 high x 30 cms wide.
