Gravel: 10-14mm diameter (per ton, bagged)

This is a traditional grey gravel (10-14 mm diameter average size) that is used in garden paths and parking areas. Shown here looking very smart in a Dublin park. It is economical, attractive and an easy surface on which to walk - provided it is not too deep. Mainly grey, but with other natural colours and textures, it is especially attractive when wet. Please note, gravel may be dirty upon delivery and requires heavy rain / rinsing to remove these natural deposits of sand and silt. There is a variation of colour between batches.1 ton of gravel covers approximately 20 - 25 square metres to a depth of 25 - 30 mm.
