The ultimate soil blend for raised vegetable beds! This is an purpose-designed mix of of quality agricultural topsoil, fertile compost and a small portion of grit. It is mixed and ready to plant into.

This mix provides the perfect environment for the growing of ornamental or edible crops, and will provide many years of healthy growth. Top quality screened topsoil from agricultural land. Fertile, clean and free from large stones or roots - this topsoil is from fertile agriculatural land as is NOT from recycled material. It has been stored in dry conditions, so is easy to work with. We have a fast and reliable delivery service. Having it in a one ton bag means it can be cleanly and quickly delivered to your home - it can be left on a pavement or parking area without creating a mess. Screened topsoil means that stones and roots larger than 2.5 cms have been removed via a screening mechanism, and you won't have large clods to break up or other debris to remove. We cannot guarantee however that it is totally weed or root free. It has been stored under cover and can be dry or dusty when delivered. Easy to plant into, but do not handle when wet.

Made only from composted bark, this bark mulch is ideal for mulching around trees and shrubs, as well as for paths and play areas. Use approximately 8 bags of cement per 1 ton of sand or aggregate when making concrete. This will give you a 5:1 mix (ie 200 kg cement:1 ton aggregate). We supply builder's sand or 'batch' mix (sand and gravel mixed) for use in home landscaping or building. Please see the many other useful bulk items in the Landscaper's Yard. This item is only available with other bulk landscape items and cannot be ordered seperately.

One of the most attractive and functional gravels for driveways and parking areas. A deservedly popular gravel from the Leitrim / Roscommon area, this angular, pale golden / fawn coloured gravel is extremely popular for parking areas because of its jagged shape, which beds down particularly solidly. Occasional raking will keep it looking fresh and attractive. The gravel will have some dust on it upon delivery. This is entirely natural and will wash off in the first rain. Tip: 1 ton of gravel covers 18 - 20 sq metres to a depth of 2.5cms. Gravel size: 14 mm.
