The ultimate base for a roll-out lawn, this mix of 30% screened topsoil and 70% fine sand is ideal for getting a level base for a roll-out lawn. It improves drainage and enables lawns to be laid over soil which is wet or waterlogged and leads to a healthier, more resilient lawn. It has been stored in dry conditions, so is ideal for working with without damaging its structure. With a good ratio of sand to soil it stimulates root development whilst providing nutrients, and is easy to rake out to a smooth and level surface suitable for laying a lawn upon. Supplied in a one ton sack, meaning that it can be cleanly and efficiently be left on your pavement or parking area.
