Apple 'Cox's Orange Pippin'
| Malus 'Cox's Orange Pippin'
Apple 'Cox's Orange Pippin'
A traditional eating apple, regarded by many as the tastiest apple available! The fruit can be successfully stored into the winter months. The pips inside the apple make a rattling sound when shaken - a good way to identify this apple. For best crops / pollination, plant near 'Beaty of Bath', 'Grenadier', 'James Grieve' or 'Worcester Pearmain'. Grown on M9 rootstock (a highly productive rootstock: height and spread 6-9 feet). Well-branched 2 year old trees. Bare root plants, available November to March only.
